Can you find and name (generally, say to order) the hidden critter in this image?

  1. I see something long and green in the lower left-center – definitely orthopteroid. I don’t see any raptorial front legs, but the head is too mantid-like to not say order Dictyoptera.

    I also think I see a noctuid moth in the upper center (so order Lepidoptera, family Noctuidae).

    Yes, there’s something in the upper center, but it’s not a moth. There’ll be a later post on it. I wasn’t even going to mention it, because it’s impossible to make it out, even at the full resolution. Still, I’m impressed you noticed it at all!
